If you book a room now @ the Hyatt on New Jersey it will cost arounf $75.00
a night. If you wait until closer to the event it can cost up to $150.00 per night.
There are other nearby hotels but if one wants to get the best deal, I suggest
the Red Roof Inn right out side DC about 30 min away(Depending on Traffick)
